Sabina Kosimova

I have been working as a Research Assistant at the Laboratory of Sports Studies at HSE University for three years. I also work as a Manager, Strategy and Development Department at the Football National League (FNL), Russia’s second-tier professional football league. My current research interests centre on questions concerning behavioural sports economics, performance under pressure, and the design of monetary incentives within teams. At HSE University, I have worked as a Teaching Assistant. At the FNL, I oversee league statistics and have experience organising professional events, conferences, and commercial projects.
